Annually, we actively recruit new volunteers to maintain our operational strength, ensuring a dedicated team of 80+ Search Technicians and Support Crew members. Yesterday, we participated in the Wokingham Volunteer Recruitment Fair, a significant event where we engaged with potential candidates and shared our mission and values. 

It was a fantastic day for us, filled with considerable interest from individuals eager to join our team. We were honored to have the Mayoress of Wokingham pay us a visit, adding a special touch to the event. I am delighted to report that we successfully gathered contact details from 19 enthusiastic individuals who expressed a strong interest in becoming part of our organization. Looking ahead, we plan to initiate our selection process in the upcoming summer, we are excited about the prospect of welcoming new members to our team.
