Thank You to New Wokingham Road Surgery PPG. We are extremely grateful to have received a generous £500 donation from the New Wokingham Road Surgery Patients Participation Group.

A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of volunteer patients who work in partnership with their GP surgery to represent the patient voice, improve communication, and support initiatives that benefit the wider community. The PPG at New Wokingham Road Doctors Surgery, Crowthorne plays a vital role in supporting both patients and local causes.
This kind contribution will directly support the work of Berkshire Lowland Search and Rescue (BLSAR), helping us to train and equip our volunteers and maintain our specialist resources. A full set of personal kit - including boots, clothing, helmet, lighting, backpack, waterproofs and essential safety equipment - costs around £250 per volunteer.

BLSAR would like to thank everyone involved in the Patient Participation Group for choosing to support our charity and for their continued commitment to the community.
Community support is vital to what we do. As a 100% volunteer-led charity, on call 24/7 to support Thames Valley Police in searching for high-risk vulnerable missing people, donations like this really do make a difference.
If you would also like to help support our work, please consider donating.
Thank you for helping us to help others.
