On 22 July, Paul is competing in the Castle to Coast Triathlon from Dorney Lake, near Windsor to Brighton sea front.
He will be raising funds for BLSAR as he swims 1900 metres, cycles 106 km and runs 22km.

We are currently located in our temporary base at Toutley depot, however we are in desperate need of a permanent Base of Operations. Somewhere where we can store our vehicles and equipment and train our members. Ideally, we are looking for a centrally located space within the Bracknell, Wokingham or east Reading areas.
