On 22 July, Paul is competing in the Castle to Coast Triathlon from Dorney Lake, near Windsor to Brighton sea front.
He will be raising funds for BLSAR as he swims 1900 metres, cycles 106 km and runs 22km.

This is truly an momentous feat as this it the furthest and longest event that Paul has done to date. It equates to just over a half Iron Man distance. In his own words "possibly the maddest thing I have ever done"

1.2 Mile (1900 mtrs) Swim - Dorney lake Windsor

14 Mile (22 km) Run - Hassocks to Brighton

66 Mile Bike Ride (106 km) - Windsor to Hassocks

Sadly, Lowland Rescue does not enjoy the fame of the RNLI, and as such we have to work very hard just to raise the funds we need to exist. Hopefully these articles will help raise our profile just enough, so that we continue to receive adequate funding for the future. You can help here.
